Terms/Payment/Order
- I have the rights to decline any projects.- Slots will not be first come first serve.- All payment is via paypal only. The prices are all in USD.- To be clear, all commissions are for personal-use only, kindly let me know beforehand if you plan to use it for commercial-use.- I accept downpayment for commercial commissions.- Full payment upfront is needed before I start working on the sketch.- Final price will have an additional 5% cost due to paypal fee.- After I sent you an invoice, please pay immediately at least after 2-3 days. I will cancel the commission if a week has passed without you paying.- Credits are required.- Let me know beforehand if you do not want me to post any details about your commission.- Please provide clear references and details of your character/s. Additional descriptions are appreciated.- Commissions from description only will not be accepted.- Failure to read the ToS will result in a declined commission so please read carefully and properly!
Process
- During the sketch process, list all the changes you want me to change. Please be clear about it! It will not be revised the second time unless it's some minor changes.-Commercial projects can have an indefinite revisions as long as it's not drastic.- I will notify and give you updates from time to time when doing your commission.-NO DEADLINE. This is mainly for personal-use commissions. Further discussion is available when it comes to projects or commercial-uses comms (Should be at least 1 month prior the deadline).
Refund Policy
- STRICTLY NO REFUND if I'm already far ahead on your commission or after the commission is completed.- Full refund will be given if I'm unable to complete the commission due to any personal reasons.- Refunds are only available before I start working on your commission. I will accommodate to your request if it's an emergency.
What you will receive
- PNG files with various versions; with trademark (when you post it on public), without trademark, and one with a transparent background.- A deep gratitude from me ^^
